Everything Wing Chun - Ultimate Wall Bag - Three Section - Canvas
This is the EWC three-section ultimate wall bag! It includes a weight distribution bar across the top (hidden in the canvas) so the top of the bag stays flat and even, a middle D-Ring for added strength and support when the bag is filled with heavy fillers, and 2 D-Rings on the bottom of the bag so those who wish to tie down the bag from both ends may do so.
Three-section bags allow you to train a full range of strikes and kicks. At a school it allows students of different heights to work out at the same station - and/or at home, it allows you to punch at different heights in order to better train your punch (Typically the head, mid-chest, and bladder areas).

Bag Dimensions:
- Height = approx 92cm (3 feet). D-rings not included in measurement.
- Width = approx 26cm (10 inches). Width between tops of D-Rings is 20 cm (8 inches).
Recommended Fillings:
This bag is shipped empty to reduce shipping costs. We are commonly asked what to fill the bags with, so here are some current recommendations from the Wing Chun community at large. Please check with your teacher for his or her recommendation on filling your bag for your particular training.
- Kiln dried or childrens play sand
- Plastic beads (as used in BB guns) or glue pellets.
- Tossed sand grains (like those used in aquarium tanks)
- Beans (soy, mung, or etc)
- Rice
- Sand (typically washed pool filter sand)
- Pebbles (for intermediate iron palm)
- BBs or Ball Bearings (iron or steel - for advanced iron palm)
