Butterfly Swords - Silver Chopper. A beautifully made pair of chopper style swords finished in Silver with wooden inlaid handles, these swords have a very modern look and a great quality feel to them. These Swords are the heavy weight ones in our range and will suit those with larger hands and that have already developed some wrist strength in there training. The weight of the heavier blades encourages full movement of the wrist whilst chopping and also encourages the sword to spin. These swords are good for both twirling (90% rating) and trapping (90% rating).

As it says on the tin these are heavy blade loaded choppers, so dont buy them if u dont want to work hard on grip and wrist strength. I am a brickie and have never been able to feel the knives on my wrists till i picked these up, thanks exactly what I needed.

I brought a pair of these and they were way too heavy for my wrists, I then called and Darren was helpful in advising me to return them and choose a pair of the 10inch black ones instead. They accepted the return and shipped the new ones straight out to me. They are excellent and the first pair that have fitted inside my arm correctly. Thanks for the advice.

Delivery is REALLY fast. I mean that - v good. The item itself - so so. Don't be put off by the weight. Yes, they are heavier than some but not too heavy. They certainly give you a workout though :)
The blade isn't a perfect fit into the handle, and on one of my pair this is quite noticeable. The wooden handles fit perfectly to the metal section, but to do so they have to be moulded to the flaws in the metal - meaning there aren't clean lines but they do feel perfect in use. Not as pretty, but they feel good in the hand. The blade section is perfect - flawless.
Basically they feel incredible - real quality - but if you are a perfectionist and the minor cosmetic flaws are going to spoil this for you, maybe save up a little and get a more expensive pair. But if you just want them for training, this is the pair for you. I'm really pleased with my purchase and they do represent good value for the investment, despite the very minor cosmetic flaws. Plus the service is brilliant.

Perfect!!! The swords are amazing. The service was amazing and the delivery was amazing.
These swords look and feel great. The weight feels fine, so don't be put off because they are described as heavy. There are a few minor marks, but you cannot see unless you look very closely. I can't wait to start training with them. The premium case is also a great bonus. I will definitely be purchasing all my equipment from Wing Chun World from now on. Highly recommended. Thanks.
